FINS is prepared to do the following if able:

• Receive rental/lease payments if requested.

• Accept payments on personal property and hold personal property documents.

• Accept payments or periodic payments on purchases of businesses if real property is included or not.

• Hold real property or personal property documents for safekeeping.

• Payments by more than one individual or entity for one parcel or multiple parcels of property payable to one entity or person.

• Handle deferred commission payments.
